Terms of Service
Your account
Give accurate details, keep your password safe, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16 to use Time Tracker.
Workspaces
The person who creates a workspace is its owner and can add admins and members. Owners and admins control the workspace's settings, including whether screenshots are taken, and can see the time, activity and screenshots of the people in it.
Tracking people fairly
If you use Time Tracker to record other people's work, you're responsible for telling them what's recorded, getting any consent the law requires, and following the employment and privacy laws that apply to you. Don't use it to track anyone secretly.
Acceptable use
- Don't break the law or anyone's rights with the service.
- Don't try to get into accounts or data that aren't yours, or disrupt the service.
- Don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, except where the law allows it.
Your data
What you and your team put into Time Tracker stays yours. You let us store and process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your timesheets at any time.
Beta and pricing
Time Tracker is in beta and free for now. Features may change while we build it. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you in advance, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
No warranty
We work hard to keep Time Tracker accurate and available, but it's provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Check timesheets before you rely on them for payroll or invoices.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Progress Guide isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Ending things
You can stop using Time Tracker and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we'll tell you when we reasonably can.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; if a change matters, we'll update the date above and let account holders know before it takes effect. Questions: contact Progress Guide through progressguide.com.
